  Peter McCuen has been working in Real Estate for over 33 years, the past 29 of which has been operating his own boutique real estate brokerage and advisory group, catering to the sale of Prestigious Luxury Properties in NY and FL.  With lifetime sales in the Billions, Peter has developed contacts with many of the worlds top buyers and sellers of properties including many amazing individuals in the world of; art, business and charitable organizations. 

Peter's dedication to his customers started in Manhattan 33 years ago and over the years his clients have led to notable transactions in Manhattan, the Hamptons, Palm Beach and Miami.  Due to client discretion as well as some NDA's suffice to say the focus of Peter's work has been properties valued in the 8 to 9 figure range most of which has been bespoke residential properties as well as some investment properties.  Peter also owns a number of investment and luxury properties, to a much lesser extent, compared to his clients, however his shared market perspective and experience is beneficial.
